❗ Possible reasons for deactivation
Your account was previously activated, but now it’s deactivated? This could be due to one of the following reasons:
Unpaid invoice
An outstanding balance on your account can lead to a temporary block. Once the payment is settled, your account will be reactivated.
Expired payment method or driver’s license
If your driver’s license or linked payment method has expired, we will temporarily deactivate your account. You will receive a reminder email. Update your details in the app to continue using the service.
Failed identification
If you don’t complete the required identification check correctly before unlocking a vehicle, your account will be deactivated for 24 hours. Make sure to upload clear, valid photos of your documents and yourself.
Suspicious or unsafe activity
We take safety seriously. Your account may be temporarily blocked if there’s any evidence of:
Suspected identity theft
Unsafe driving such as speeding, dangerous maneuvers, or ignoring traffic rules (Safety Mode)
⚠️ Safety Mode: We will send you a friendly reminder to monitor your driving behavior. In severe cases, we may stop your trip immediately or permanently block your account.
