❗Why your account might be deactivated
If your account was active and now it’s not, it could be for one of these reasons:
1. 💸 Unpaid invoice
You may have an outstanding payment on your account.
Once the balance is cleared, your account will be automatically reactivated.
2. 🪪 Expired driver’s license or payment method
If your license or payment card has expired, your account will be paused until it's updated.
We’ll send you an email reminder — just update your info in the app to get back on the road.
3. 🧑💻 Failed identity verification
If you didn’t complete an identity verification properly (like taking an unclear or invalid selfie), your account will be temporarily deactivated for 24 hours.
4. 🚧 Suspicious or unsafe activity
To keep everyone safe, we may block your account if we detect:
Suspected identity fraud
Dangerous driving — speeding, harsh braking, sharp turns, or ignoring traffic rules
You’ll receive a warning first, but repeated issues can lead to your trip being ended or your account being permanently blocked.

Whenever we deactivate an account, we always send an explanation by email.
Check both your inbox and spam folder to make sure you didn’t miss it.
