Report a claim
If you, as a Poppy Electric Scooter user, have been involved in an accident with personal injury or material damage to third parties, please send an e-mail to hello@poppy.be to report the incident.
The user of Poppy Electric Scooter must inform Poppy as soon as possible of the occurrence of the damage according to the procedure described in article 6.2 of Poppy's General Terms and Conditions. Please note that the maximum period for reporting a claim in order to benefit from the insurance cover is 8 days.

Who is insured?
The user of the Poppy Electric Scooter is insured during the rental period under his general civil liability insurance.
What are the most important guarantees?

Any Accidental Bodily Injury caused to a Third party;

Any Accidental Material Damage to a Third Party's property which arises from the use of the Electric Kick Scooter during the Rental Time.

Maximum insured value: EUR 5.000.000,-.
What are the main exclusions?

Any damage suffered by the user of the electric scooter

Any liability arising outside the rental period of the electric scooter.

Any liability for the failure or malfunction of an electric scooter.

Any damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence on the part of the user during the rental period.
