🧐 Why schedule a video call?
To protect your account and prevent fraud, users who disable biometric data will have their accounts deactivated until they verify their identity through a video call.
🗓️ How to schedule a call:
A pop-up will appear on your screen—click "Schedule a call".
Select a date and time.
Click "Book" and you’ll get a confirmation email.
📲 How to join the call:
You'll get a notification 5 minutes before the call.
Open the app and click "Join your video call".
Follow the instructions, allow audio recording, and click "Start Call".
📋 Requirements:
A clear camera view.
A valid driver's license.
💡 Important:
If we can’t see you or you don’t have a valid ID, you’ll need to reschedule.
After 3 missed calls, your account will be blocked.
Customer support cannot book calls for you. If no slots are available, choose the next open one.
