🧐 Why schedule a video call?

To protect your account and prevent fraud, users who disable biometric data will have their accounts deactivated until they verify their identity through a video call.

🗓️ How to schedule a call:

  1. A pop-up will appear on your screen—click "Schedule a call".

  2. Select a date and time.

  3. Click "Book" and you’ll get a confirmation email.

📲 How to join the call:

  1. You'll get a notification 5 minutes before the call.

  2. Open the app and click "Join your video call".

  3. Follow the instructions, allow audio recording, and click "Start Call".

📋 Requirements:

  • A clear camera view.

  • A valid driver's license.

💡 Important:

  • If we can’t see you or you don’t have a valid ID, you’ll need to reschedule.

  • After 3 missed calls, your account will be blocked.

  • Customer support cannot book calls for you. If no slots are available, choose the next open one.
