❓Why did my loyalty tier go down?
Your loyalty tier is based on your recent activity, how often and how long you drive.
If you take fewer or shorter trips, your tier may drop slightly. But don’t worry, you’ll never drop more than one tier at a time.
Points are valid for three months, so maintaining consistent activity within this period is crucial.
Want to level back up?
Just drive more frequently or take longer trips, and your points, and tier, will rise again naturally. 📈
