You went over the included amount of km's and or time in your pass, what now?

If you’ve driven more than the time or kilometers included in your pass, here’s what happens

Updated over 2 weeks ago
  • 🕒 Extra time used

Once the included time runs out, you’ll be charged per extra minute or kilometer, depending on your selected pass settings.

  • 📏 Extra distance driven

If you exceed the included kilometers, you’ll be charged per additional kilometer.

Want to keep driving?

You can upgrade your current pass to one with more time or distance.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your current pass will be canceled and fully reimbursed

  • The new, larger pass will be charged

  • All time and distance already used will be transferred to the new pass

⚠️ Important information:

  • You can only replace your current pass with a bigger one that covers your entire trip.

  • Only one pass can be active per trip — you can’t stack multiple passes.
