Your Poppy Business account may be restricted for the following reasons:

  • Unpaid invoice: If an invoice is overdue, you will be unable to drive using your company allowance until the outstanding balance is settled. 🧾

  • Expired payment method: If your payment method has expired, you'll need to update it to restore your ability to drive on company allowance. 💳
