App issues can happen for a number of reasons, but most can be fixed with a few quick checks and steps.

Here are some common causes of app errors:

  • Payment method issues: Errors may be triggered by an expired card or insufficient funds.
Solution: Check your payment method and update it if needed. Contact your bank if the issue persists.

  • Document verification problems: Incorrect or rejected documents like your driver’s license or selfie can cause issues.
Solution: Make sure all submitted documents meet our requirements and try uploading again.

  • Bugs or glitches: Sometimes, the issue is on our side. Bugs may appear after a recent update or if you're using an outdated app version.
Solution: Go to your app store and install the latest version of the app.

  • Ongoing updates: If you're using the app while we're releasing an update, you might encounter temporary errors or limited functionality.
Solution: Wait a bit and try again later, we aim to minimize downtime.

💡 If there is a known issue on our side, we will notify you directly through a pop-up message in the app.
