How to add users to your Poppy Business account:
Ask your teammate to create a personal Poppy account via the app first (this is required).
Log in to your Business Dashboard.
Go to the āUsersā section and click āAdd Userā.
Fill in their first name, last name, and the phone number linked to their Poppy account.
Click āInvite Userā, theyāll be added once they accept.
No limit on users: You can add as many team members as you need, no cap! š
How to create groups?
Divide users under groups to create teams for easier management. Creating groups is easy:
Go to 'Groups' on your dashboard.
Click on '+ Create Group'.
Give the group a name and select users.
How to remove users:
Any Administrator can remove users at any time:
Go to the āUsersā section of the Dashboard.
Click the three dots āā¦ā next to their name.
Select āRemove Userā. Done!
