How to manage your Poppy Business team?

Add or remove team members, create groups and stay in control, all from your Business Dashboard.

How to add users to your Poppy Business account:

  1. Ask your teammate to create a personal Poppy account via the app first (this is required).

  2. Log in to your Business Dashboard.

  3. Go to the ‘Users’ section and click ‘Add User’.

  4. Fill in their first name, last name, and the phone number linked to their Poppy account.

  5. Click ‘Invite User’, they’ll be added once they accept.

No limit on users: You can add as many team members as you need, no cap! 🚀


How to create groups?

Divide users under groups to create teams for easier management. Creating groups is easy:

  1. Go to 'Groups' on your dashboard.

  2. Click on '+ Create Group'.

  3. Give the group a name and select users.


How to remove users:

Any Administrator can remove users at any time:

  1. Go to the ‘Users’ section of the Dashboard.

  2. Click the three dots ‘…’ next to their name.

  3. Select ‘Remove User’. Done!


Tracking team usage:

  • Overview tab:
    See all recent trips made. You’ll also find key stats and recent invoices here.

  • Trips tab:
    Dive into detailed trip information, including start/end times, locations, user and costs.

  • Download reports:
    Export your data to a CSV file for easier accounting or analysis.
