How can you manage your Poppy Business account?

Update personal info, add users and groups, track trips, pay invoices, all in one place.

🧑‍💻 Manage your Poppy Business account:

  1. Secure dashboard access:
    Log in to your Business Dashboard to manage your account efficiently.

  2. Overview:
    Get a snapshot of important updates (e.g., unpaid invoices), recent trips, latest invoices, and credit/subscription status.

  3. Trips:
    Review all business trips or export a CSV file for specific dates.

  4. Taxi rides:
    Access details for all business taxi rides or export data to CSV.

  5. Users:
    Manage your team. Search for existing members or add new ones.

    • Note: New members must create a personal Poppy account in the app first.

    • Administrator: Each account is limited to one designated Administrator.

  6. Groups:
    Organize users into specific teams for easier management.

  7. Subscriptions:
    View your current subscription plan or get a new one.

  8. Credit packs:
    Track acquired, used, or expired credits, and purchase new packs.

    • Note: Business credits and subscriptions cannot be used on personal Poppy accounts.

  9. Invoices:
    View, filter, and pay invoices directly through the platform. Download CSV files for accounting and manage your payment methods.

  10. Settings:
    Update company details and set up Peppol E-invoicing (note: not applicable for fines).


❓ Can't log in to your dashboard?

Check the following:

  • Are you using the correct email address linked to your personal Poppy account?

  • Is your password correct? Click “Forgot Password?” to reset if needed.


🚫 Why is my business account restricted?

Your account might be restricted due to:

  • Unpaid invoices: Settle any outstanding payments to resume driving on the company allowance.

  • Expired payment method: Update your payment info to restore full access.
