Why can’t you find your Poppy?
The previous user might have left the vehicle in a private parking spot or in an area that closes at certain hours, within the Poppy zone. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What should you do if you can’t find your Poppy in a partner parking spot?
If you can’t find the Poppy in one of our partner parking spots, it might be parked nearby. We recommend parking as close to the designated car-sharing spot as possible if you can’t find an available space when ending your trip.
What if you still can’t find the vehicle?
If you still can’t find the car, try looking for another Poppy nearby. If you'd like to report the issue or request compensation for the inconvenience, please contact us through the in-app live chat. We’ll assist you as quickly as we can.
