By default, you receive 15 minutes of free reservation time. The duration of free reservation time varies depending on your loyalty tier.
Whether you're planning to go to the airport or to work in the morning, you can extend your Poppy car reservation for up to 24 hours at a minimal cost. This way, you can ensure that the vehicle will still be available when you need to leave.
If you want to extend your reservation beyond the initial 15 minutes, follow these steps:
Press the 'Extend' button next to the timer.
Enter the desired extension time.
Once you reach the Silver loyalty tier, you can use the Radar Auto Reservation feature. 🎯
If you know your desired departure time for your Poppy trip, simply select the Radar Auto Reservation function and specify the time and your preferred radius.
The app will automatically reserve a Poppy for you as soon as one becomes available within your selected radius, so you won’t need to constantly check for availability. 🚀
⚠️ Important Information:
The system will automatically show the calculated costs for extending your reservation. If you start your trip before the expiration of your purchased reservation time, the charges will be adjusted accordingly, resulting in a reduction.
When returning from your travels, remember to account for time differences when reserving a vehicle in advance. Our application operates exclusively on Central European Time (UTC+01:00).
