Where can you pick up or drop off a Poppy at Brussels airport?

Poppy cars are available at Brussels airport. Here's exactly where to go and what to do.

Updated this week

🔻 Ending a trip at the airport:

  • Follow signs to “P1 Parking” from the E40 (stay left at the airport fork).

  • Enter P1, no ticket needed. Poppy's license plate is automatically recognized.

  • Go up to Level 3 and follow the yellow ‘Car Sharing’ signs.

  • Park only in designated car sharing spots.

Please avoid car rental spaces. If car sharing spots are full, park as close as possible to them. If you park outside authorized car-sharing zones, expect additional parking fees.

🚗 Starting a trip at the airport:

  • Head to “P1 Parking”, Level 3.

  • Locate your reserved Poppy and drive out.

  • Exit via Level 0, the barrier opens automatically with plate recognition.

💰 Fee:

€15 (price for starting and ending a trip at the airport) Note that this fee is not covered by any passes.

❗ If all designated car-sharing spots are occupied, park as close as possible within the same authorized area on Level 3 to avoid penalties.

❌ If the license plate recognition doesn’t work:

  • Use the intercom at the parking gate, let the staff know that you’re driving a Poppy vehicle, and they will open the gate for you.

⚠️ Good to know:

  • The airport fee is applied when a trip starts or ends at the airport.

  • Passes don’t include these airport fees.

  • Always park in the car sharing zones, not rental car areas.

  • You can not park a van (e.g. VW Transporter) at the airport!
