How to start?
Push the brake with your feet and press the 'start/stop' button
The gear handle is behind the steering wheel and not in the usual position
Remove gear “P” (for parking)
Put the gear "D" (for driving)
Do you get an error notification saying 'No key detected'? Do not worry, just open the door of the driver seat, close it again and try to re-start the vehicle, the notification should disappear now.
How to turn it off?
Set gear into “P” (for parking)
Push the brake and press the start/stop button
How to charge?
Find a charging station on the map and select it.
Park at the station and choose the connector.
If the station doesn't provide a charging cable, pull the cable from the car's trunk.
Plug the cable into the charging station and confirm on the app. Your charging session will start.
How to leave after starting your charging session:
End your trip within the zone on a slow charger.
Pause your trip if charging from a fast charger; no charges for charging time.
How to unplug:
Unlock the vehicle.
Disconnect the cable from the car.
⚠️ Important Information:
If the cable does not release, avoid using force. Try unlocking the car once more using the central lock button on the driver's door or dashboard. Remember to return the cable to the trunk if you used the one provided with the car.
