Your Poppy account is strictly personal, don’t share it with anyone, not even close family.
It’s tied to your ID and driving records, and insurance only covers you, the registered user.

⚠️ Sharing your account will lead to it being permanently deactivated.
✅ Friends and family should create their own personal Poppy accounts.

Pets are allowed, but they must stay in a closed cage for the full ride.
Since Poppy cars are shared, we want to keep them fur-free and fresh for the next user.

Tip: Wipe down any paw marks before ending your trip.

⚠️ If excessive pet hair or dirt is found, a cleaning fee will be charged.

Smoking is not allowed, including with open windows or vapes.
These are shared vehicles, and strong smells linger.

⚠️ We installed smoke detectors in our vehicles, smoke detection will result in a penalty and account deactivation.

Please don’t eat or drink inside the car. Spills and food stains can happen easily, even by accident.
And remember, alcohol is never allowed, even before your trip.

⚠️ Evidence of food or drink spills will lead to cleaning charges.
