Can you go to the airport with Poppy, and how much does it cost?

Poppy cars are available at several major Belgian airports, perfect for both departures and arrivals.

Updated yesterday

🛫 How it works:

  • Leaving for a trip? Drive a Poppy to the airport, enter with license plate recognition, and park in the designated car-sharing zone.

  • Just landed? Pick up a Poppy at the airport, leave with license plate recognition, and head straight to any Poppy zone.

No need to get a ticket when arriving at the airport, or paying a ticket when leaving!

📍 Airports served:

  • Brussels Airport (Zaventem)

  • Antwerp Airport (Deurne)

  • Charleroi Airport (Brussels South)

💰 Airport fee:

An airport fee applies when starting or ending a trip at one of these airports:

  • Brussels Airport: €15

  • Antwerp Airport: €5

  • Charleroi Airport: €30

⚠️ Note: Passes don’t cover airport fees, these are always charged separately.

💡 Why choose Poppy for the airport?

  • Easy pickup and drop-off

  • No need to book taxis or rely on family or friends

  • Great for groups and budget-friendly travel

❌ If the license plate recognition doesn’t work and the gates don’t open automatically:

  • Use the intercom at the parking gate, let the staff know that you’re driving a Poppy vehicle, and they will open the gate for you.
