💥 In case of an accident
✅ Step 1: Check for injuries
If someone is hurt or it’s a serious accident, call 112 immediately and stay at the scene until the authorities or our team say it’s okay to leave.
Moreover, contact the police (101) if the other party flees the scene or cannot be identified, and provide all available details (e.g., location, time, and evidence).
🚧 Step 2: Secure the area
If the car is still drivable, move it out of traffic.
Place the warning triangle to alert other road users.
📸 Step 3: Document the situation
Take clear photos of the damage, vehicles involved, and the scene
Fill in the European Accident Statement with the other party (if applicable)
Ensure that these pictures include wide-angle shots of the entire scene as well as close-ups of any damage.
📲 Step 4: Report the damage
In the app, go to Report Issue > Vehicle Damages
Then call our support team so we can help immediately
Submit all damage reports and evidence, including photos, within 48 hours.
🛠️ Step 5: Need a tow?
If the vehicle can’t be driven, just call us, we’ll send help.
📨 Step 6: Send us the paperwork
Within 48 hours, send us:
The completed accident form
All photos you took
