⏯️ Starting a van (with key):
Unlock the vehicle in the app
Grab the key from the key holder in the glove compartment
Press the clutch and turn the key to start
Release the handbrake, you're ready to go
⚠️ Zone rule:
End your van trip in the same Poppy zone/city where you started.
⏹️ Pausing and ending a van trip:
Brussels:

💡 Extra information:
Find valid parking spots and zones by filtering on 'Vans' at the top of the map in the app.
Return the key to the key holder in the glove compartment (only for vans with a physical key)
🔋 Charging an e-Transporter:
Find a charging station, search the map in the app, select a station, and tap 'Navigate'
Park at the station and select your connector in the app
Get a cable use the station's cable if available, or grab the one from the vehicle's trunk
Plug in, connect the cable to the station, then confirm in the app to start charging
💡 Inside the e-Transporters, the charging cable can be found under the passenger seat, you can lift up the seat cushion to access it.
To unplug:
Unlock the vehicle in the app
Disconnect the cable from the vehicle
Return the trunk cable to the trunk if you used it
Leaving during a charging session:
On a slow charger (inside the zone): end your trip as usual.
On a fast charger: pause your trip, you won't be charged for the time spent charging.
⚠️ Cable stuck? Don't force it. Try unlocking the vehicle again using the central lock button on the driver's door or dashboard.
Low battery or fuel?
Ending a trip with less than 35 km of remaining range is subject to a fee as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.

Important information:
Van trips started in Antwerp, must also be ended there. Antwerp has a specific zone where you have to end your trip with a van, you can see this zone when you select 'vans' in the filter in the application:
Van trips started in Brussels, must also be ended there. In Brussels, there are designated parking spots where you have to end your van trip. You can also find these spots by selecting 'vans' in the filter in the application:
