Poppy Credits are a virtual currency on your Poppy account. You can earn them through certain actions or purchase them (if you have a Poppy Business account), and they can be used to pay for trips or services, depending on the type of credit.
🎁 How can I earn Poppy credits?
You can earn credits through several ways:
Refer a friend
Invite friends to join Poppy by going to your 'Profile' in the bottom right corner and selecting 'Invite a friend'. Once your friend takes their first trip, you both receive bonus credits.
Refuel or recharge a Poppy
Earn credits by refueling or recharging a Poppy vehicle at one of our partner service stations.
Complete Expert Tasks
Help relocate vehicles to hot zones or correct parking spots, fuel our vehicles or clean the interior and earn credits as a thank you.
🛒 Can I purchase Poppy credits?
Yes, if you have a VAT number or a Poppy Business account, you can purchase credit packs.
💡 How can I use my Poppy credits?
Credits given by Poppy
Usable for almost everything: trips, passes, and subscriptions.
⚠️ They cannot be used to pay for taxi rides or insurance products.
Purchased credits (Business accounts or with a VAT number)
Usable only for pay-per-use trips (per minute/km).
⚠️ They cannot be used to pay for subscriptions or passes.
👥 Personal vs. Business credits
Credits are linked to either your personal or business account.
📌 They are not interchangeable and cannot be used simultaneously.
🔄 Can I transfer credits to another account?
No. Poppy credits are non-transferable and can only be used within the account they were added to.
🚗 How do I use credits to pay for a trip?
If you have Poppy credits available, they will be automatically applied to your next trip invoice. No action needed from you!
📲 Where can I see my Poppy credits?
You can easily check your credits in the app:
Tap on ‘Profile’ in the bottom right corner of the app.
You'll see your credit balance displayed there.
Tap on the credit amount to view a detailed breakdown:

The expiration date of each credit amount
