Setting up a Poppy Business account is easy:

  1. Download the Poppy app if you haven't already.

  2. Open the registration link and create a separate business account. Business accounts cannot be converted from personal accounts.

  3. Provide your VAT number during the registration process. A valid VAT number is mandatory to create a Poppy Business account.

  4. Accept the Terms & Conditions.

  5. Add your first name, last name, and contact details for verification.

  6. Check your inbox and click the verification link in the email to activate your account.

  7. Once activated, manage everything via your Business Dashboard.

Note:

  • A valid VAT number can only be linked to one active Poppy Business account at a time.


How to use your Poppy Business account?

For VAT-related concerns such as existing associations or conflicts, reach out to Poppy Support for assistance.

Once your Poppy Business account is created, it is linked to your personal account using the same contact details. To invoice trips to your business account, simply toggle 'Use company allowance' in the app while ensuring your VAT details are up-to-date.
