We appreciate the time you put into carefully selecting your pass, considering both the duration and distance of your trip. With our passes being usable across multiple trips, we're confident you'll profit from their entire duration and included amount of kilometers.

It's important to remember that once activated, the pass duration continues to run, even if you pause or end your trip temporarily. Therefore, we are unable to offer partial refunds for unused portions of the pass. Your understanding is greatly appreciated!
