If, during your trip, you realize that the pass you initially bought is not sufficient, you have the option to replace it with another one.
If you cancel the pass before your trip starts, you will receive a full refund.
Once your trip has begun, you can select 'Replace Pass', the initial pass will be canceled and refunded, and only the new pass will be valid. The pass that is active at the end of your trip will determine your invoice, so make sure it covers the entire duration and distance of your journey.
If you exceed the distance and/or duration, you will be charged for the additional kilometers and/or time at the end of your trip. You will receive a notification 2 hours before your pass expires during your trip.
⚠️ Important Information:
Please be aware that if your pass is utilized for multiple trips and has already been applied to one completed trip, you will no longer be able to replace it.
