Does Poppy have any partner parking locations?
Updated over a month ago

As a Poppy user, you get free access to select parking locations (check the list below). These partner parkings are marked with a 'P' on the app map.

No parking card needed! The barriers use license plate recognition for entry.

How to use partner parkings:

  • Arriving: The barrier will open automatically when you arrive in a Poppy car.

  • Free parking: It's entirely free, but note we don't reimburse parking tickets from these locations.

  • Reserved spots: Park in the yellow 'car sharing' spots.

💡 Tips:

  • No underground parking unless it's a partner location. Underground areas often have poor network coverage, which can prevent you from ending your trip or even immobilize the car.

  • Unauthorized parking may result in relocation costs.

⚠️ License plate recognition not working?
If the system fails, just call the gate, and a guard will assist you.
