🔄 Restart phone connectivity
Restart Bluetooth, mobile data, and your cellular connection.
Close and reopen the app to refresh it.
📱 Ensure proximity
Keep your phone close to the vehicle when using the app to lock or unlock it.
📶 Check connectivity
Avoid parking in areas with poor cell signal to maintain a strong connection.
🚗 Proper gear shift
Make sure the gear shift is in "P" mode before trying to lock.
🗝️ Key not in keyholder
For vehicles with a physical key, make sure the key is correctly placed in the keyholder (e.g., Seat Arona, Poppy vans).
🗺️ End within Poppy zone
You can only end your trip inside the Poppy zones (Brussels and Antwerp). Make sure you're within these zones.
🔒 Windows and doors closed
Check that all doors and windows are fully closed. If you get a notification about this, reopen and close them again.
