▶️ Starting your trip:
Reserve a vehicle for free for 15 minutes via the app. You can cancel within this time window with no charge. Pay by the minute, kilometer, or purchase a pass. Payments are automatic, and you’ll receive an invoice by email.
Choose your ride: Open the app, pick your vehicle.
Check for damage: Inspect the vehicle for any damage before unlocking. If you spot any, report it through the app or email photos to [email protected] the same day.
Unlock and go: Unlock the car with one tap in the app. Don’t forget to buckle up! Inspect the interior and report any issues via the app.
⚠️ Important Information: If you don’t report visible damage or defects during your inspection, you’ll be held liable for them.
⏸️ Pausing your trip:
Pause your trip anytime, even outside Poppy zones (at your own expense). Return the vehicle to any Poppy zone when finished.
Tap 'Pause' in the app.
Ensure doors/windows are closed, engine off, and gear in ‘P’ for automatic vehicles.
For vehicles with a physical key, return it to the keyholder inside the glove compartment.
To continue your trip, swipe 'Unlock'.
Pausing rates depend on the vehicle tier; check the app for more details.
⏺️ Ending your trip:
When done, park the vehicle on a legal parking spot in the Poppy zone and end the trip in the app.
Before leaving, check:
Windows closed 🪟
Lights off 💡
No personal items left behind 👜
Clean interior 🧼
Gear in ‘P’ position
Engine off 📴
Report damages in the app 💥
Car locked 🔑
Parked legally 🅿️
