I'm unable to locate any partner charging- or gas stations in the app, what now?

If you are unable to locate any partner charging- or gasstations on the map within the Poppy app, there could be a couple of reasons for this.

Currently, our partner charging- or gasstations are located exclusively in Belgium. If you are outside of Belgium, you may not see any partner stations on the map.

In some areas, there may be fewer partner stations available. This could result in the map showing no partner stations nearby.

⛽️ What to do when no partner charging- or gasstations are available on the map:

  1. Fuel/Charge at any charging- or gasstation and pay yourself first:
    You are free to recharge or fuel up at any station that is convenient for you, even if it is not one of our partner stations. Simply pay for your fuel or charging session yourself first.

  2. Send us the receipt and request a refund:
    After recharging or refueling, keep hold of your receipt. Send a picture of the receipt to '[email protected]' to get reimbursed.

When sending us your receipt for reimbursement, please ensure that you include all relevant details, such as the date, time and location of the charging- or gasstation.
