Poppy automatically charges your linked payment method through the app. If a payment fails, donāt worry, hereās what to do:
š³ Check your payment method
Make sure your payment method is still valid and that there are enough funds available.
š Update if needed
If your card has expired, been replaced, or is no longer valid, update it in the app via Profile > Settings (āļø) > Payments.
ā³No need to retry manually
Once your payment method is updated, the system will automatically try again ā no action needed from your side.
