Poppy automatically charges your linked payment method through the app. If a payment fails, don’t worry, here’s what to do:
💳 Check your payment method
Make sure your payment method is still valid and that there are enough funds available.
🔄 Update if needed
If your card has expired, been replaced, or is no longer valid, update it in the app via Profile > Settings (⚙️) > Payments.
⏳No need to retry manually
Once your payment method is updated, the system will automatically try again — no action needed from your side.
