🔋 Charging a Poppy:
Find a charging station on the map, and tap 'Navigate'
Select your connector in the app
Get a cable use the station's cable if available, or grab the one from the vehicle
Plug in, connect the cable to the vehicle (On the e-Transporter to the front-right)
You can now safely lock the vehicle. Next time you unlock the vehicle, it'll end the charging session!
Did you forget something and you don't want to stop the charging session? Enable airplane mode to use bluetooth to unlock the vehicle.
💡 Inside the e-Transporters, the charging cable can be found inside the passenger seat, you can lift up the seat cushion to access it:
To unplug:
Unlock the vehicle in the app
Press the button next to the charging port with the 'charging' icon
Disconnect the cable from the vehicle
Return the cable inside the passenger seat if you used it
Leaving during a charging session:
On a slow charger (inside the zone): end your trip as usual.
On a fast charger: pause your trip.
⚠️ Cable stuck? Don't force it. Press the button next to the vehicle's charging port.
Low battery or fuel?
Ending a trip with less than 35 km of remaining range is subject to a fee as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
