If you've decided to part ways with your Poppy account, we've made the process simple.
Just follow these steps:
Head to the āProfileā section in the app in the bottom right corner.
Click on the toothed wheel icon in the upper right corner.
Go to 'My data & conditions' and click on 'Request account deletion'.
We'll deactivate your account promptly, making sure it's no longer accessible. For legal reasons, weāll retain your data for 10 years, in case of any outstanding matters related to your account.
āøļø Just taking a break?
You can keep your Poppy account without any fees, even if youāre not using our services. As long as you're inactive, there will be no charges.
