💰 How to buy a subscription

  1. Open the Poppy app on your phone.

  2. Tap on 'Profile' at the bottom right corner of your screen.

  3. Select ‘Subscriptions’.

  4. Tap on a plan to see all its details, benefits, and discounts.

  5. Follow the steps to subscribe and pay.

Subscription benefits include additional advantages for pay-per-minute and pay-per-kilometer rides, providing cost savings and flexibility for frequent users.

Once confirmed, your subscription is active, enjoy the perks!
And remember, you can cancel anytime.


❌ How to cancel your subscription

  1. Tap on 'Profile' and go to ‘Subscriptions’.

  2. Tap your active subscription.

  3. Select ‘Cancel Subscription’.

If you cancel your subscription, it will also stop any automatic renewals.

Your subscription will remain active until the next billing date, but no further charges will be made.

If a second subscription or pass is purchased, the previously active pass may automatically be canceled, and a refund will be credited to your original payment method.


❓ Do your subscription discounts apply when you purchase a pass?

No, when you purchase a pass, only the pass will be active on your trip. Your subscription benefits are only active on pay-per-minute or pay-per-kilometer trips.

In case of overlapping purchases, the original pass will be automatically canceled, and a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
