Getting started with Poppy:

Choose your ride:
Need a vehicle? Open the Poppy app and pick your vehicle.

Check for damage:
Before unlocking your ride, take a quick look for any external damage. If you spot something, report it through the app or by emailing photos to [email protected] on the same day.

Unlock and go:
Find your vehicle, unlock it with one tap in the app, and you're good to go! Don't forget to buckle up. After unlocking the vehicle, conduct an internal inspection and report any damages or cleanliness issues to Poppy using the same procedure.

Taking a break:
Need to pause your trip but keep the vehicle? Use the 'stopover' feature in the app.

End your trip:
When you're done, park the vehicle in any Poppy zone and end the trip in the app.

Payments made easy:
Choose to pay by the minute or kilometer, or you can use a pass. Payments happen automatically, and you'll get an email with your invoice.

Find Poppy zones:
Poppy zones are where you can pick up and drop off vehicles. The app shows available vehicles nearby, and you can reserve one for free for 15 minutes. Cancel anytime within that window with no charge.

Flexibility on the go:
Whether you're running errands or on a road trip, Poppy has you covered. Just return the vehicle to a Poppy zone when you're done. You can pause your trip anytime—even outside Poppy zones!
